We’re seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to collaborate with one of our fintech clients, a pioneer in modern investment platforms. If you’re passionate about creating scalable, reliable software solutions and mentoring teams in dynamic, agile environments, this role is tailor-made for you.

What You’ll Do
  • End-to-End Development: Design, build, and deliver scalable software solutions using React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
  • Collaborative Innovation: Work within a cross-functional team including developers, testers, and product managers to create impactful features.
  • Technical Leadership: Share knowledge and provide guidance, becoming the go-to person for technical expertise.
  • Quality & Performance: Write robust, high-performance code and implement unit tests to ensure reliability and maintainability.
  • Documentation & Best Practices: Develop and promote coding standards and best practices to enhance scalability and efficiency.
  • Cloud Integration: Leverage AWS services such as Lambda, SQS, and SNS to build serverless, cloud-first architectures.
  • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, translating business needs into effective technical solutions.
  • Team Enablement: Support and train team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.

 

Skills and Qualifications

Must-Have Experience:

  • Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js for full-stack development.
  • Hands-on experience in building high-performance, efficient code in fast-paced, agile environments.
  • Proficiency in document-based databases like MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with cloud ecosystems, particularly AWS services (Lambda, SQS, SNS) and serverless architectures.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn business requirements into scalable, robust solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
  • Passion for mentorship and guiding team members to success.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of fintech, wealth management, or stockbroking domains.
  • Experience with continuous integration pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
